We are looking for an engaged and driven site manager for a medium-sized construction company in Gothenburg!

About the role
As a site manager, you play a key role in our projects. You are responsible for leading and planning the daily work on the construction site and ensuring that everything runs smoothly according to plan – with quality, efficiency, and safety in focus. You will:

• Lead and coordinate staff and subcontractors.
• Work closely with the project manager to drive the projects forward.
• Be responsible for planning, execution, and follow-up of the projects' quality, economy, procurement, and timelines.
• Help create safe, sustainable environments for the people who will live and work in what we build.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with experience in the construction industry and who has worked as a site manager on projects in the range of 50–100 million. You need to have previous experience with renovation projects to be considered. Ideally, 4-5 years of overall experience as a site manager. You have a good technical and quality understanding and are equally comfortable with administration as with production.
